Hello, so I had about 60,000 REQ Points about 3 days ago and I was saving up for the “Greatest Hits” REQ Pack and my little brother got a hold of my Xbox while I was out of town. Today(04/30/21) I got back home and logged on and found that my REQ Points were almost completely gone, and I had been charged $279 on my bank account. I did remove the card information from my Xbox account for precaution, Is there a way that I can get a refund on that money spent and a way for all of the In Game merchandise(armor, helmets, visors, weapon skins, power weapons, XP/RP boost, ect.) to be removed from my account? Please advise. Thank you in advance.
Hey OP, I believe this is something you would need to speak to Xbox Live Support about
Don’t you normally get a verification on your phone ? And what would you buy with 279€ and 60000 Req points ? Be thankful for all the Phaetons you have now
Is your brother still alive?
Serious note I would be pissed off

Not sure if any of this is taking this support thread off topic, but I just want to chime in that what happened to OP happened to me once more or less way back in Highschool. Only cost me $50 though, and the friend 100% knew what they were doing but just had the early signs of a gambling problem when it came to microtransactions.
Still, it was one heck of a way to sour a friendship (although I do still wish him the best we stopped talking shortly there after), and If i am being honest I held onto resentment for that for a number of years longer than I should have. Never got my $50 back, but that was dealing with Google Play services IIRC, I wish OP best of luck with MS support because $300+ would be absolutely devastating to lose.
This is yet another reason why I think that Microtransactions should have limits and regulations on them of some kind, as they incentivise too many individuals to victimize themselves and develop early cases of addiction in some kids. I think one purchase a day would be a rather reasonable limit.
