You must have gotten all certifications and permanent items for commons
Yeah, it means it is time to move on up to silver packs.
You’ve unlocked all permanent Bronze items, start buying Silvers until it happens with them also.

It means you’ve unlocked all commons and there’s no reason for u to buy those packs anymore because there’s no permanents they can give you now.
