How can I open my req pack from the site? haven’t figured out how yet but I have a couple sitting waiting on me. Help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

I think that, fot the moent, you can only open the one for creating/joining a spartan company.
That one should be in your waypoint inbox
You can only open the one you get from joining a Spartan Company that has 4 members or more. That one, once met the requirements, is waiting in your Inbox (click on your profile pic in the right upper corner of the site and go to your Inbox).
Others are fixed REQ packs gained with promotional material or in-website giveaways and you will be let known the contents before entering the code in the Xbox.com site.
