My son plays Halo 5 as a family member under my account. However all the req pack purchases only appear when I log in on my gamer tag. They do not appear under his gamer tag. It is set as a home Xbox and we do not have this problem with any other in game purchases on the Xbox only Halo 5. Anybody got a suggestion why they are not appearing when he is logged in or how to remedy this issue.
Hey OP. REQ packs are tied to the gamer tag they are earned or purchased on so if you purchase a pack on the main account, then it can only used for that account.
Thanks don’t have this issue on any other game on the Xbox and purchased a helmet pack a couple of weeks ago with no problem so I’m guessing this is just specific to req packs?
