I was on the Xbox store and I bought the halo 5 classic helmet REQ pack and it shows up as purchased in my order history and it charged my card but I was never given the pack it never downloaded and it still shows up in the store as having the option to buy it like I was never charged before for it, can anyone help fix this problem it’s really frustrating and Xbox support can’t do anything 
Try a hard reset on your xbox. Can you see the pack here on waypoint. Go to your reqs here on waypoint.
