At about 1445 pacific time, I purchased two gold packs with cash. The short “pack opening” animation played, but then went straight to the requisitions menu without displaying the pack contents. When I check my collection, I haven’t received any new cards.
This seems to be a common problem, I hope there is a way to solve it and get me my reqs or a refund.

yeah man. I purchased the 24.99 REQ bundle and didn’t even get any packs to open. I’m really irritated.
Same thing just happened to be. I bought a gold req pack for 2.99 and it went through the animation but went straight back to the req page and i checked my account and the money was gone but no new packs. I went through everything in my collection and there was nothing new. This need to be addressed soon.

The exact same thing just happened to me. 2 gold packs purchased for 2.99 each but nothing received. No error message, just the animation and then back the req store without any cards. Double checked and the money was deducted from my account. Please help!

Just happened to me. Clicked pay $2.99 and was taken to the card selection by Xbox, selected my card & confirmed, back to Halo 5 where the animation of the pack opening played but I was taken to the Req menu with nothing received. Checked my bank and I have been charged $2.99 from Microsoft . Something needs to be done about this immediately.
Just happened to me 10:51 PM Central Time. I actually have a video of it as well.
