I bought gold req pack and received purchase error and took my points and didn’t issue me a pack… help
I just had the same issue, dropped 25 dollers, the funds were charged, but none of the packs are showing up, I’m going to be pretty upset if this issue isn’t resolved.
Bought a gold pack with actual money and an error message appeared so I didn’t get the pack, but I was still charged the cost of the req pack. What do I do about this?
I posted a similar issue with the Warzone REQ Bundle in several other threads but have yet to hear from 343 on the issue. I spoke with Microsoft support several times and they said they can see the bundle associated with my account, but they are not sure why it is not appearing in-game. Each time they send me to these forums. Still waiting.
I bought a gold pack with the req points and when I purchased it, a new warzone was started. I checked the unopened pack page, but no gold pack
Result: points taken, no gold pack.
Unless I am doing something wrong (then please tell me), I would like to receive what I bought.

Generally best to start a new topic with your issue rather than bumping up a very old topic. Usually in this situation you will have gotten the items, you just won’t have seen the opening animation. If you do a hard reset of your Xbox console, everything form the pack should already be in your inventory
