two separate problems
getting almost exclusively symbols from my arena req packs and feel a little ripped off.
also, bought 2 gold packs and got nothing from them. I checked, and they charged, checked the game, scoured my armory and found nothing new.
i need a resolution on this, please.
Hey OP, for the issue with your Gold packs, try hard resetting your Xbox and then checking your inventory again. Generally if you encounter an error opening the packs the items still drop into your inventory, you just skip the opening animation. You can also check here on Waypoint in your REQ inventory
Same thing happened to me on a bundle purchase… Also yeah, warzone and arena packs should be worth the cost and not necessarily a gamble. Guns, armor, and usable stuff is what is wanted, emblems are flat out useless IMO
