I have been having on going issues with the REQ pack system I gave spent hours upon hours grinding to get enough for gold packs and about 7 to 8 times now when I go to open up a gold pack Im immediately glitched out from the game to my xbox home screen then when I go to check my REQ points it shows they have been used but when I check my collection of weapons, vehicles ect… I have nothing new PLEASE I NEED HELP IT’S EVEN HAPPENING TO DAILY WIN REWARDS AND PROMOTION PACKS 
Hard reset your Xbox OP, any items you have gained will show after doing that. You can also check your REQs here on Waypoint
I too Glitch me and I lost one pack of gold and silver 2 packs
