I bought a 2nd Halo 5 Warzone REQ Pack not knowing its only activation once per account and want to get the second Bundle REQs because I spent IRL Money and if anyone or 343 can help I would be very very happy (I bought the 2nd REQ Bundle at Walmart)

Then Microsoft cannot do anything, it is Walmart you will have to speak to you to. Explain your situation and see if they will refund you …etc

Thats the thing, you wont be given any reqs, at all. The only options you have is go back to Walmart or expect the fact you’ve just lost out on some money.

You’re wrong! I downloaded 4 warzone req bundle packs using 4 different digital codes immediatly when purchasing my Halo 5 game when it was pre-realeased, and all of the codes were accepted. The only screwed up part was during my purchase, it was not disclosed you can only use one per account. For each code I entered, I was able to get an iniital 2 req packs, but I only received 2 req packs for the full 7 weeks once. Meaning, I never recieved the rest of the req packs for the other 3 digitial codes enter. Actually, I’ve been pretty pissed about this, and have been tryng to get some resolution, but Xbox live hasn’t be able to do anything to help. The retailer is trying to call Microsoft to see what can be done, but I haven’t received a response. Finally, I was told to get in contact with 343 Industries, but they don’t have a customer support department. I plan to continue fight this case, and now will be starting a forum of my own discribing my discontent with the misleading advertisement early on when the req packs were being sold becuase it was never disclosed you can only use one per account until after the game was released. I find that pretty messed up, especially after spending so much money, and I’m pretty sure I can’t be the only one this happen to… Either Xbox, Microsoft, or 343 Industries need to do something about this because I refuse to spend any more money buying their products until I get some resolution to this issue. I advise you all to do the same and not spend anymore money if their are not going to take care of their consumers!!

343 will give you more REQs if you tell them …
they told everyone in their last post so go to that.

You’ll have to go to Walmart and get a refund, no extra Reqs.
I screwed this up too. I gave my Xbox One to my nephew for Christmas. I bought Halo 5 console and tried to apply the code to my account (nephew doesn’t care about that stuff, I just bought him a separate version of Halo 5) and I only got the emblem. I didn’t get the REQ packs it said it came with.
I’m assuming it happened b/c I already had the digital deluxe on my MS account. This thread confirms that. Oh well, live and learn.
