Req Pack possible exploit.

Just want to see what everyone thinks about the Req opening strategy of buying all bronze packs to start in order to get all of the common/uncommon cards out of the way and then moving up to silver and so on…

I first saw the strategy on a few Youtube videos.

I know its probably not a banable tactic but I wanted to make sure before I start.

so are you asking if you would be banned for not opening packs in a specific way or for playing how you want?

just clarifying here…

Lol why would it be bannable? You’re given the choice on what you can buy.

If you are looking to unlock permanent things then unlocking silver is better to do first. The Bronze packs do not guarantee any permanent unlocks. As long as you are fairly purchasing the packs it doesn’t matter what order you buy them in. No purchase order for the packs will lead to a ban.

Why would it be a bannable tactic? It’s not an illegal exploit its unlocking the easier unlocks before the harder unlocks so that your pool of unlocks is smaller when you use better REQ packs.

This is not bannable, you are just buyin things in order to discard non rare reqs

That’s not an “exploit”, and it’s certainly not a “banable tactic”.

That “Mother May I?” thinking pains me. Just do what you want.

PS. There is no way you could get banned for something like this AKA being smart.

Don’t worry about getting banned! 343 planned their req system to be able to suit any method. You can buy only Golds if you want, or work your way up if you want.

I bought around 30 bronze packs last week, wanted some excitement, and then bought golds strictly after. I honestly think silvers are wiser, just because you get more interesting pulls. But bronze packs all day do help prevent boredom.

Happy reqqing

I did it. Almost got all my silver unlocks done too. This is how you were supposed to do it but people arent smart enough to do so.

No, it’s not really an exploit. You won’t get banned for buying packs in the order you want.

It’s actually the logical way to do it; most people go the way of immediate satisfaction with the Gold packs though.

No if u want everything buy bronze first. You get a rare emblem once you get all permanent commons unlocked this way. Then move to silver for uncommon and rates. Then finish with gold packs!!!

Thats pretty much -Yoink-…

  1. no guarantee on unlocking anything permanent in bronze packs, theyre just a waste of points.
  2. you dont have to buy a single gold pack cause youre able to unlock everything with silver, and thats the fastest way

Ultra rare and higher are not in silver packs. You can only get those from gold. And you can buy four bronze packs for the price of one silver and bronze almost always come with a permanent item until you start to run low on commons only then do they start become scarce

I would not call it an explot however. That makes it sounds like you found a way to get 2 REQ per purchase or something

Don’t believe anyone who says you don’t get a permanent unlock from bronze. There was a thread awhile back asking people to post how many unlocks they got for every 10 bronze, it’s very high. If you still have a lot of common armor pieces to get, only buy bronze. I got almost every common unlockable just buying bronze. It’s fun too cause you get to open a new pack after almost every match.

This is a joke, right?

No, if you go for the lower req items, it will take out the chance of grabbing them inside the gold packs because the systems of grabbing over lap each other

How is buying REQ packs an exploit?

All it can be is strategy.
