I attempted to buy the “Spartans Armory Req pack” with in game req-points but was interrupted mid purchase with a disconnection to the H5G servers. After restarting my game (seems to be only solution to server disconnection) i found that i did not receive my Req pack, had lost req-points and the desired pack was no longer available.
Try a hard rest of your xbox OP, the pack should either show up after that or the items should drop into your inventory

Sorry I don’t understand. what do you mean OP?
Edit: I have learnt the process of resetting my xbox and it failed to resolve the problem. I also tried re-downloaded my account, it failed as well.

What else can be done to resolve this?
stckrboy could you tell me what else I could try to fix this or tell me who I could talk to. I have contacted Xbox support 4 times now and we have been unable to resolve my problem. I have a reference number to the most recent chat and was told to give it to you 1332715543.
Hey, sorry for not replying sooner. I’m not sure if 343 uses XBL reference codes, I’m sure they are generally for the XBL team. The Forum Team here should be able to look into this for you. Looking back at your original post, it was on Monday. It’s possible that when you redeemed the pack had already been removed as it was passed the time for it being live, may end up being an edge case issue on timing. I’ll see if I can get someone to look into it for you
Did you not get any new items in your inventory after opening the pack?

According to our records, there was no purchase of a Spartan’s Armory REQ Pack made on your account. This means that no REQ Points were taken away from your account either.
I believe the purchase may not have gone through then because at my end the pack was being processed and that was when the network was disconnected, from what I can see now very likely around the cut off period for the pack ( 6ish pm UTC+10), and afterwards I was deducted around 15-20k req points. no items were deposited in my inventory.
What else can be done?
I am disappointed in the lack of feedback I am receiving. What else can be done?
