Hi, today I redeemed the code contained in the Halo 5 Spartan Locke Controller which should give me the Resolute visor but when I went into my reqs I didn’t find a pack to open. To be sure I checked my visor collection and the resolute one is still locked. How can I solve this? Thanks in advance to whoever replies.
Did the code definitely redeem on your account? I would try it again just to make sure, it will give you an error if the redeem went through. It’s also possible you redeemed it on the wrong account? If you have any oher accounts i would check those. In that case it’s unfortunately not possible to transfer the pack between accounts. Resolute should be in the REQ system though so you can still get it from opening normal packs
No way it was redeemed on another account as mine was the only account logged in the console right when I redeemed the code. And yes, I tried to check again and the code was definitely redeemed. Anyway, I contacted Microsoft support and seems like there were similar situation. We tried several steps and eventually they had to open an investigation with their developers. The REQ pack shows tied to my account but in game doesn’t show up. To be sure I went in My Collection and Resolute visor is still locked. All I can do is waiting for their investigation result. I’ll update this thread as soon as I get some news just in case someone else had or could be having the same issue.

Today I bought the Halo 5 Guardians Greatest Hits Customisation REQ Pack and when I went to the my packs section of the game it didn’t show up at all and still 2 hours later has not shown up.
This confirms mine isn’t the first case. I hope both of us get what we paid for…
I also bought 3 gold packs about 20min ago and I haven’t gotten those either
Before this I used to by a pack and I used to get it either straight after or a minute after
Just to test I went and bought a Gold pack myself from the Microsoft Web Store, came back to Waypoint and it was immediately available in my REQ inventory. Really not sure why it’s not showing up for anyone else. Saying that, sometimes there is a glitch where the opening animation for the packs gets skipped over but the items do still get deposited in your REQ inventory. You need to hard reset your console to see the updated inventory in-game, alternatively you check for new items here on Waypoint as I linked above
That’s what I have been doing and they still haven’t came through and it has resulted in the same way us having to release the payment pending on my parents account cause either you or Microsoft aren’t getting the payments and aren’t sending the packs
So from here on out we aren’t buying anymore packs off you as it looks like you have a problem on your end as the bank is fine as it is taking the money out of my parents account for you to take
And there is no new REQS I’ve checked every single customisation and boost weapons and vehicles there is nothing new and everything else is exactly as it was before
You and Microsoft also literally just took the money out of my parents account for 12 when I originally wanted 4 and I still have received no packs from you at all

Sorry for the late reply. Anyway, I hope you didn’t spend so much money on that as unfortunately we won’t have it to show up. I called Microsoft support, they opened a n investigation form as I wasn’t the first and only one having this issue. After a few days they called telling me they refreshed my licenses and now the req pack shows up on my licenses list. Unfortunately I got nothing ingame and Microsoft can do nothing more about it so I suppose there’s some sort of problem on 343 side but I guess these aren’t important enough matters to them…
