so I finished the railgun commendation and went to open my pack and it wasn’t there. same thing happened yesterday so I closed the game and signed out and even though all the req stuff is working right, I have no commendation pack. wtf
update - and i still need help…
I have restarted my xbox and have even gotten today’s win packs and now I have this boost card that won’t go away. I used it in the match that I finished the commendation in that messed up and now it’s just there. I can’t sell it, it gives me an error message, and it lets me use it before a match but after the match no points boost shows up and that card is back in my collection. I know it’s the same one because it’s the only one I have left. any ideas?
Same thing with the boost card is happening to me. XP Boost, I have used it, but it is still there, I can select it for every game, but do not get points.
I don’t always have this type of problem, but when I do, it’s either my internet is acting up or Halo 5 REQ system is acting up. Normally I just restart my game if my net is working and works fine on occasions, but not always.
