I purchased the Memories of Reach Pack and it charged me but just gave me an error code and I didn’t receive any of the items in the Pack. What do I need to do? Microsoft told me to post on here.
All I can suggest is a hard reset of your xbox and see if the pack shows up in your unopened req packs. Also check your cosmetics you may have the stuff it may have just skipped the opening animations… other than that good luck.
Check you received a purchase email if you bought with your money. otherwise reboot halo 5 and try checking your collection tab for new items
I have tried to reset and the code. I have the order number from the microsoft website.
I did receive a confirmation email almost 2 hours ago.
Best bet I think is to wait and just see if you can notice anything new, the req system can be , very slow
Other people I know have bought it and received it right away.
That same happened with the req pack that was given, and I wanted to open it appeared error and then no longer appeared to me, as I do? What I can do?

I literally just encountered the same problem. Except I purchased mine with Microsoft points or whatever… Straight crap…I want a refund!
