So I bought a req pack (with real money. The $19.99)and when i opened it I got some items but on my second last pack it said req not found with a big red error. And I lost out on one gold pack. Is it possible for 343 to give me a new pack. Or a part of my money back?
This is a known error. If the pack is gone, it means that the items were placed in your inventory.
You did get your reqs from the pack, the game just glitched and failed to display them.
check ur inventory and a bunch of new stuff will pop up instantly or a while later.
It happens to me all the time its nothing to stress about.
