need help asap.
playing last night and had 10049 and bought a gold pack which said, " can’t open pack at this time, " and to reopen pack.
tried to reopen pack and it said it couldn’t be open, went offline and back on too see if this would work, and then it disappeared and I never got a req pack and now the points have gone too!
not amused at all because normally I pay for the packs but haven’t used points until now.
can someone help asap please!

Bad luck, this things happens, maybe you can contact support and maybe they fix it. This happened to me in COD:AW with supply drops, i know that it´s not the same game, but they fixed it and returned my packs, maybe Halo support can do something similar. Good luck!
Something similar happened to me yesterday, and I thought Ioose it, but after check my reqs, I found new reqs, so I didn’t loose the pack, I simply didn’t saw the opening animation, maybe it could be your case.
If this happens, the game will eventually add the REQ contents to your REQ collection without any notification. A lot of times it is actually hard to tell what you got because not many people have an idea of how many of each weapons, vehicles and powerups they have.
