I purchased a Gold Bundle for 30 dollars and received nothing. I went on my account billing information to find that the money had been taken from my account and yet I have no new req packs to open. I have been trying for hours to get this issue resolved to no avail. Microsoft support sent me to 343 who has yet to reply to my email. Hard resetting my xbox did not work either.
What is there left to do?
Hound Xbox till they give you a refund.
Dispute the charges to your credit card.
Same thing happened to me. I bought the 7 gold pack + 2 free for 19.99 and it charged my bank and showed up recent purchases in microsoft but didnt receive it.
XBL is having all sorts of issues right now. Just wait a bit and I’m sure they’ll appear.

I wish I would have got on here and read this before I did the stupid! I just bought the $30 pack also, and got SQUAT! Now I’m owed 13 Gold Packs as well.
Same here as the OP. I purchased it twice because I thought there was an error, then checked my account and I got charged twice, but no req packs. Fix it!

Well I reset my Xbox, and went back to try again, and the full $32.39 was in my Microsoft Account, So I thought “ok, cool its fixed, now I can buy it”. Clicked the button, and it said “Purchase Complete, Taking you to open your Req Packs”. Then the stupid sound kept looping, and I was looking at a screen that said “You have no Req Packs to Open”!
Just closed Halo, and reopened it, and they are all showing up now.

Damn. I guess I’ll be keeping my refund away from req packs until we know they are fixed.

Same problems with 7+2 packs.
Bought them, than “Purchase Complete. Taking you to open your Req Packs” and nothing in packs openning screen. Only this sound still plays on all menu pages.
