I don’t know why or how it happens but every time I save up req points to buy gold packs,to moment I purchase a pack the game just closes and I’m back at my Xbox home screen. The real problem is it doesn’t give me the req pack but still takes my req points and doesn’t give a refund or the pack at all.Its been happening to 5 gold packs already and I need help on at lease getting my 50,000 req points back or getting my 5 gold packs.
When issues like this happen don’t worry OP, you do actually still get your items. The game simply skips over the opening animation of the pack, so although it looks like you lose 10k RP and don’t get anything it still drops the items into your REQ inventory. You can try hard resetting your Xbox and see if that helps with pack opening, or you can also use Waypoint to open your packs as well
