Hi, I purchase the halo 5 blue Spartan controller. I redeem the code but i never got the Resolute Visor on the game. I already try everything but not luck.
I had the same issue with the dountless pack, can I ask where you received your control/if it was second hand?
I received mine second hand from Amazon and I’m wondering if that might be the problem?
Thanks for the flag guys. I’ve alerted some folks to take a look and see if anything is awry with our services. If you bought a second hand controller though, it’s highly likely the original owner already redeemed that code which could explain why it’s not redeeming for you.

This issue has been resolved, and the REQ Pack containing this visor should appear in your Open Packs section the next time you sign into Halo 5 or here on Waypoint.
