So I reached level 70 and finished carbine mastery commendation but it’s not allowing me to open my packs. I’ve tried quitting the game turning off my console but they aren’t showing up in my open packs page. Does anyone else have a idea to try?
no one is getting req packs they’ve earned. people are saying you can still buy them though. not sure what’s wrong.
Yeah I’ve bought some with my points and that works. So it’s a community wide issue?
Mine aren’t showing up hopefully we get them soon this sucks.
I get this problem from time to time also. But when it happens to me, it’s mostly my net playing stupid.
Edit: I think I have a method:
I don’t necessarily turn off my console as a whole if I don’t get a REQ pack I earned. Here’s what I do if my REQs normally aren’t loading right:
- Quit the game and go back to the xbox one dashboard. - If you have a game currently installed VIA Disc installation NOT a digitally downloaded game, load up that game but DO NOT insert that game disc into your Disc Drive on your Xbox. - Once you get a notification saying that “Do you own this game or app?”; cancel that window out and load up your Halo 5. - Once Halo 5 loads up, start it up like you normally would, let everything sync, and let the Requisition stuff load up. Once loaded, your REQ pack should be there, along with any earned REQ points. But a side note with the points, if you leave the game/loose connection to the game, you WILL NOT get the points, but you should still get the REQ pack. I’ve personally used this since my ISP is super terrible when it comes to this. I would personally recommend giving my method a try, no 100% guarantee it would work but it’s worth a shot.
Just received a new one from arena and it showed up. Hopefully my other 3 show up soon.
Has anyone started receiving their older req packs yet? I’m still waiting on three of them.
I’m still waiting on a daily arena win pack and two commendation packs… This is going to piss me off.

I’ve had one missing since before Christmas that has never arrived. It the Hunter commendation for defeating standard Warzone bosses, so I’m missing the Predator emblem.
