I bought this pack a few days ago and it never appeared in my in game open pack option. This pack was worth $9.99. I bought it again today and the contents of the pack when opened had the the same content I already had. So basically I wasted $10 on a pack with contents I already have. I think it’s fair if im given a refund or the same pack for free twice.
When it comes to the xbox marketplace/store all sales are final. If you were to get a refund calling Xbox or tweeting them directly would be your best bet.
