REQ Pack Glitched

I’m not sure what topic I should file this under, so I just chose general.

I bought $20 worth of REQ packs a few days ago and have been opening them slowly since. I had 4 left when I began playing Halo 5 last night and decided I’d open some while waiting in a queue to join a custom game. Well, as I opened one and was presented with the loading screen before the pack opens and gives me my items, the custom game loaded and began before I was given my REQs.

I checked to see if I had any new items in my collection, but no such luck. I then tried to open another pack to see if the server had glitched and would then correct itself. Again, no such luck.

So, I’m asking if there is anything that could be done. Is it too much to ask if there could be a review on my profile/history and I could receive the pack that I had lost? I just feel a little slighted that this happened with one of the packs I spent actual money on.

Don’t worry OP, you won’t have lost any items. What happens here is that the opening animation for the packs gets skipped over but the items do still get deposited in your REQ inventory.
