REQ Pack Glitch?

Hi

My son was playing Halo 5 last night, and went to REQ store and suddenly EVERYTHING was available! There were amazing packs we’ve never seen before, animations pack, armour packs, classic helmet packs, memories of reach req pack…unfortunately he’d loaded onto a game and so couldn’t jump on anything but when he went back - MASSIVE anticlimax, it had all reverted to normal. Can anyone advise what might have happened and whether this could happen again? Would it have been a glitch and if so, is it likely we couldn’t have downloaded the packs anyway?

Hi there, this can happen sometimes. Generally is there are some network / connection issues, the entire list can show up instead of the featured list that 343 has chosen. Packs rotate in and out every so often, I don’t know if there is a schedule to it or not.
