A week or two ago, I tried purchasing a Gold Pack with real money. As it was opening, it just disappeared and I thought maybe I had hit a button or something and just didn’t know what I had gotten from the pack (I didn’t see anything new). Thought nothing of it. Today, I tried buying another and it did the same thing, but I had just spent minutes going through all of my collection and I KNOW I got nothing from the pack. So I tried a second time. Same thing. I checked my bank account and both packs came out. This time, I took a 5 minute game DVR and went through my collection again. Absolutely nothing new. So I got charged for the packs, but got nothing out of them. What can I do about this? Since I have no proof on the one from before, I’ll count my losses, but I have proof on these two. Honestly, between this and the other problems I’ve been having with the game, I’m starting to be utterly disappointed in Halo 5.

I waited for quite a while and they never showed up, but after a game of Warzone they showed up.
