I was wondering if anyone else is having an issue in which The HCS team packs are not showing up in the store, I have looked scince WZ FF came out and still nothing, thx for the feedback, goodbye

Its not in the in-game req store. You need to buy them from the xbox.com store.
Edit: you can also go to halo.gg and click on the skins tab and buy them.
