Earlier today i purchased a Req pack, as it was processing i lost connection to the internet so i didn’t get the pack but i was still charged! i tried resetting the game and checking my Req’s to see if i got them but no i have no new cards! i purchased the gold pack which should come with 2 permanent unlocks so i looked in weapons and armour as well as everyhere else but have no new perma unlocks so it stands to reason that i don’t have any new cards but was still charged for them.
Hello, have you gotten in touch with xbox, by the way you can use REQ points insted of real money. 
First of all you need to open the req packs so check if you have any unopened packs.
Secondly you should highlight the game in my game & apps and press the menu button and select manage game. check to see if you have any DLC as ready to install. You may need to wait about 30 seconds for it to show.
If none of this works then you need to contact xbox support for a refund. Like said above you don’t need to use real money to buy req packs just use req points which you earn for just playing

I have done everything above and have had no luck so i will try and contact Xbox, oh and i know you can use points but i’m an impatient person who is ok with spending money to speed up the process of armour unlocks.
