i bought 3 gold REQ packs and not i cant even enjoy what i grinded for, they’re in my unopened packs but everytime i try to open them it throws me this.
“We could not open your REQ Pack at this time.
Please try again.”
I would really want to know why they cant open
My internet is being fine, i tried to restart Halo 5 but nope, still the same error.
same, i bought the mythic pack a few weeks ago and couldn’t open it as i had apparently already opened one the req pack then disappeared giving me nothing, i also haven’t been able to open my arena premium packs for 3 weeks and as there is still only 2 and i,m meant to get 2 a week for paying £20 i’m hoping i don’t lose 8 of the packs cause of this. please fix this 1 month long issue which real money has been used on 343i
Having the same issue and it is getting really frustrating. If it gave me an actual reason it wouldn’t be as bad but nope, just “please try again”

Exactly , atleast give a reason. Thats what’s making it even more frustrating! it makes no sense to me

There are some issues with the REQ system at the moment after the current update. The team, is looking into them, hopefully won’t be long before they’re resolved for everyone
