I just sold my way to 10000 rp and opened a gold req pack then it was loading until it said req pack error and I checked and restarted my xbox and it ate up 10000 rp I have the clip in my file browser if you want to check it i am wondering if this is happening often the clip is the latest one
Same just happened to me a few mins ago on the Mechanized Mayhem Req Pack. Took my RP and didn’t give anything, I even checked collection for the new stuff… nothing.
Hey 343, You guys are awesome at listening to your community and stuff, and that’s why I appreciate you so much but I got cheated off 10,000 req points by opening 2 silvers and didnt get them ever, i just want them back
Yes this same issue has happened to me several times. Is there any kind of solution or reimbursement yet?
When issues like this happen, you simply skip the opening animation of the pack. Any REQ items you were due will automatically be dropped into your REQ inventory. You can hard reset your console or check your items here on Waypoint

My issue is a little different. I’m trying to get the mechanized req pack but it keeps saying, “try a different offer” “sorry your not eligible for this one” I don’t understand why I continue to receive this message.
May I suggest that 343 makes a purchase history even for packs you get with points. That would be perfect.
When I opened the MoR pack(120000) It got req pack error but as you can see my helmet i got it so sometimes it happen but gives you stuff
