Hi, I’ve got an error on Halo 5 Guardians, got a gold REQ pack for 10000 points and I didnt received nothing! Also suddenly I lost a promotion pack just after I leveled up to level 110, why can I do?!
Same here. I did not get my Reqs including the Emblem from Level 146.
Hey folks, when this issue happen don’t worry you will still get the items from your packs. Everything is automatically dropped into your REQ inventory, you just skip seeing the opening animation from your pack. You can hard reset your console (not just restarting the game) or check your inventory here on Waypoint
