So, I grabbed a silver pack while in a matchmaking queue with a friend, and I was given an error that it was purchased, but could not be opened at the current time due to an issue. I was told I could find it in the ‘Open Packs’ section so I checked, and there my silver pack was. The WZ Assault match started, and when it was finished I left the queue and went to try to open my pack only to find that I had no packs available to open. I gave it a few minutes and it still didn’t appear, so I quit the game and started it back up, and it still wasn’t there. I don’t think it automatically opened since I don’t seem to have any new req cards but I can’t remember where I got the last two armor pieces from, so it’s possible it was automatically opened but I can’t confirm.
Has anyone encountered this issue before?
