I am writing this because this is -Yoink!- me off. Sometimes when I open req packs Halo 5 crashes and sends me back to the Xbox home. I really hope this gets fixed soon cause I have lost some items I get when I open the packs.
Hey OP, when this issue happen don’t worry you will still get the items from your packs. Everything is automatically dropped into your REQ inventory, you just skip seeing the opening animation from your pack. You can hard reset your console (not just restarting the game) or check your inventory here on Waypoint

OK, thank you. But, I still hope 343 Industries fixes the crashing.
