REQ Pack code missing from Mega Bloks Kit

Hello, As the title suggests, My recent purchase of a “UNSC Vulture Gunship” Mega Bloks Set is missing the REQ Pack code. The set came complete including the REQ pack code card, but the code itself (which is printed on the back of the card) is not there.

My main concern (along with not getting the REQ pack advertised on the box) is that I am unsure of which entity to raise my concerns with, 343, Mega Bloks or the Store that the kit was purchased from. At base value, it is 343’s issue as they are the ones that supplied Mega Bloks with the codes to put in kits. However, Mega Bloks also had a duty of care to ensure that the code was properly placed in the kit, and the store I purchased has sold me a product with parts missing (whether it be physical or digital parts).

TL:DR; Who should I contact to get my REQ pack and raise concerns that codes may not be products advertising them.

Edit: I should also state that I do not live in the US, I live in Australia and that is why I am having concerns on who to contact.

You first point of contact shoud always be the retailer that you bought the item from. If there is anything broken or missing, they should be the ones to sort that out for you

I understand that and it will be part of my enquiries to get the REQ pack, But I doubt the retailer will have replacement codes without replacing the whole kit, and what is to say that kit is missing its REQ pack code. In short, the manufacturer who put the final product together and the provider of the code being Mega Bloks and Microsoft respectively should be able to rectify this issue where something provided in a sealed box, flown halfway around the world, and sold to consumers is missing something that should have been in the box. Also, the retailer would have no knowledge of the completeness of the kit since it was a sealed kit.

Your contact is still the retailer in this case. If you had bought the item directly from 343 or from MegaBloks then you would be right to go to them, but your contract of payment lies with the retailer and they should be your first point of contact

Contact the retailer first. Explain the situation, attempt to get a refund or exchange. If that doesn’t work, attempt to contact MegaBlocks customer service. Explain the situation, and consider taking photos of the codeless card as proof of your problem. Similarly request an exchange for a complete product.
