So I had purchase the limited edition console, which came with a REQ bundle. I also purchased 3 bundles separately.
I redeemed them and I don’t see them. Can I not use the items I paid for?
There was no mention on the receipt, website(GameStop), or anywhere else saying “limit one per customer.”

No, I bought 3 bundles, meaning I should be unlocking 6 Req packs every week for 7 weeks. If I can’t use the other 3, then I want to know how to get a refund for the $75 I am not out of. Since I redeemed the codes already…
Seems to be a widespread issue with REQ Packs, Preorder bonuses— essentially all Halo 5 DLC. I too redeemed a Warzone REQ Pack and there is zero indication that I own it anywhere. I understand it’s released 2 per week, but shouldn’t I have gotten my initial 2 packs now? Preorder bonus is also nowhere to be seen.
Talked to numerous Xbox Live support agents and no one seems to know what’s going on. I just get the run-around with various trouble-shooting techniques that of course, don’t work, and then I actually get sent to these Support forums. Looks like we’ll have to ride this out until 343 sorts it out.
Pre-redeemed though xbox several rec pack from promotional partners and xobox reported they are assigned to my account. these pre-orders were done in a span of two weeks before launch.Purchase physical limited collector’s edition and requested a physical disk (went though xbox) but other that a few preorder codes and warzone ( which came on after 2 hours) the rest of my pre-orders are not showing up. xbox rep made me to reset my profile ( of course to no avail)
