So i bought a gold req pack today and when it was opening it went to the main menu and didnt give it to me but it also charged me. someone from 343 contact me please to fix this
I just came to report about this same issue, and I bought a 2nd one to confirm, and it did it again. So I paid for 2 gold reqs, and got nothing.
Ya just bought a gold req pack off the store and had the same issue, thought it was just a glitch in the game so I restarted my game thinking it might be under my unopened packs but there was none there. Tried to check the forums to see if anybody else was having the same problems and clearly people have been. Really hope they get this sorted out or my money back at least.
