I bought 2 gold req packs and havent received any items. Spoke with microsoft support and they said to wait it out and it should resolve within 30 min. Not sure if they were an expert on Halo 5 bugs though…
Purchased both packs with real money, the opening animation started but then i was suddenly booted to the menu with no error message – both times.
