I used RP to buy a Gold Pack last night and upon purchase it’s supposed to open, but mine displayed an error after a few seconds saying that I already opened the REQ pack. I’ve even got video of me trying to open it repeatedly. So is my Gold Pack actually opened or is it “tough luck” for me?
The exact same thing just happened to me. Bought a gold req pack and it didn’t open but once it showed up it said that I had already opened it. I did a hard reset and now it just disappeared. I know for a fact that I didn’t get anything from it and it’s the second time this has happened to me except that the first time it was a Promotion Award req pack. Hopefully someone can help with this because it’s ridiculous.

For the record I also did use Req points. From what I’ve looked at it seems that you can only contact Microsoft if you actually bought it as a microtransaction which to me sounds like BS. If I’m wrong someone please tell.

I think that rather silly that they’ll only help if real money is involved. I’ve tried looking elsewhere for info on this and can’t find anything; I didn’t even know to whom I should address this problem to (I read, either on here or another website regarding this issue, that some people tried contacting Xbox Support but they directed them here because they didn’t know what to do with them.

So basically we’re screwed because 343 can’t even address our problem. What a disappointment.

I don’t think a bug necessarily constitutes that 343 is trying to screw us over, it’s simply a bug and I want it addressed by 343 in the form of a gold pack or simply a refund of RP so I can buy the gold pack again.
This just happened to me last night when I used points to get the Mythic Req Pack. Soooooo upset that I used 80,000 Req points and got nothing out of it. Would be nice if 343 would acknowledge this bug and give us back our points.

If the items are not immediately visible in your inventory, please perform a hard reset on your Xbox One and the items should be there.
