Twice now it has taken my req packs and didn’t give me a pack, it just told me there was a problem and to go to my packs to open it, then tells me I already opened it and gives me nothing. It’s really ticking me off.
In situations like that I believe that although the items aren’t shown to you on screen, they should still be added to your inventory. The only sure fire way to check though is by keeping a note of what you have before opening packs and checking item counts / look for new items you didn’t have previously
Same here, it has occurred on three separate occasions. This needs to be addressed in a patch.
Yea this just happened to me like 5 mins ago after Warzone Assault
Same thing just happened to me, the only two times this has happened, both packs were Company Commendation Packs, not sure if that has anything to do, please fix this! Don`t want this to happen if I get the Achiles paq
On rare occasions, a REQ Pack will open without displaying the full animation. If this happens, the items will still be placed directly into your inventory. If the items are not immediately visible in your inventory, please perform a hard reset on your Xbox One and the items should be there. Additionally, if you’d like to check from your computer, the items should be in your inventory here on Halo Waypoint as well. We apologize for the inconvenience!
