"Req pack already opened" (Resolved)

I spent 10K points on a gold pack and the game got an error and wouldn’t open it, so the pack moved to my unopened packs page.
But when I try to open it I get a “req pack already opened” error. So now it’s stuck there and I can’t open it.
Can I get some help here?

Edit: I restarted the game and found the pack was gone and I actually recieved the contents. One was the copperhead helmet and I’m not sure what the other was.
