Out of the 200+ Helmets and Armors 343 put into Halo 5, is the Mark IV and Wrath armor sets still in the Req Pack system?

Fortunately for yes but, it’s only obtainable by opening gold REQ packs. So if you haven’t unlocked all your common to rates, open only silver packs until you receive a 3000 RP refund (forget those bronze) and just go for the gold.
