REQ Glitch?

So I getting back into playing Halo 5 Matchmaking, and I decided to go ahead and drop 10 dollars on the game for some Gold Packs to see if I could get any new armor, particularly Linda’s armor. Though, I really wish Armor had its own pack because I don’t use 80% of what I get out of the packs when I do play. But when the purchase was confirmed I didn’t get anything. I hard reset the Xbox thinking it might have been a network issue but that didn’t do anything. I have no unopened packs and truth be told this is the first time its happen. I found an older forum, so I’m going to use the quote that 343 put up. I hope this gets resolved!

  • Around what time of day did you purchase this pack? - Did you purchase the REQ Pack with REQ Points or dollars? - What occurred after you purchased the pack? - Were you in between rounds, or did you purchase the pack just before a match began? - Are there any packs available in your “Open Packs” menu? - Were new items added tour inventory, despite the animation not playing / pack not opening?

  • 10:20 AM Central Time - Dollars - After it processed the transactions it up me in the store menu immediately after. - I was sitting in the Main Menu when this occurred - There are no packs in my menu - No items where added.

Umm. Its been a couple days, no one has anything? 10 bucks is not going to make or break me, but I would like to get what I paid for or to get refunded. Though I know its possible that 343 Support hasn’t seen this yet, I hope its soon.

Check and make sure you were INDEED charged for the packs! If your card failed to charge then youre waiting for help on a non-existent issue! Ive seen this alot when the servers have trouble!

I was charged for them. However, when I loaded up Halo today It gave me a bunch of req stuff. So I don’t know why it took so long, but I got my stuff so its all good in the end. Also I like how it took me breaking the rules for someone to notice. Just saying! :wink:
