So last bight I got a gold pack with my req points, and it says I unlocked the gold Dynasty visor. However, whenever I look at my visors it doesnt appear.
On top of that, after I opened this pack, the game started having issues loading my profile and would revert my character back to random colors and the recruit color. Has anyone else experienced this?

Has it shown up now?
If not, you could try restarting your Xbox 1.

Yes I have and a hard reset fixed it. Hold down the power button till the Xbox shuts off, I unplug the power cord from the back of the console for a few seconds for extra measure, and restart the console and relaunch H5.
Halo and Microsoft were having some technical problems last night. That’s probably why. And just try a reset.

I think so, everything was working fine for me earlier.
Yeah this problem is pretty common, especially having a system solely relying on the status of xbox live which is always getting destroyed by DDoS attacks.
