I opened a gold pack and went to my collection to see what I got and nothing was saved. I lost the 10 000 req points. I think I should get my req points back at least.
Reset your Xbox and check your inventory again. It your points were deducted you definitely received the contents. You can also check your reqs here on waypoint.
