It may not have been bought with currency but with req points, it’s disappointing to not receive anything but it removed reqs from my power weapons as well, I would like to know if I could get an answer why or some sort of return

Not sure I fully understand your issue OP, sorry. Did you buy the Spartan armory pack and it wouldn’t open? If so, hard reset your console and check your inventory again. I don’t believe there is any way for it to remove items from you

In the first instance I would contact Xbox Live support if your account was hacked, they will be able to look into that for you. Second, please do t hijack others’ support topics, thanks 
I checked the requisitions on waypoint and it has eventually added the items from the pack(bronze or silver) but for a while it did remove power weapons in the delay till it added more of there number, didn’t mean to waste time it was just annoying
