REQ crash

Hello,

I’ve been noticing a steady increase in crashes with Halo 5 over the past few months.

However, this is the first time I’ve had it crash when i’m in the middle of buying a REQ pack. I am unsure if I received my items.
While I have had issues like this in the past, the pack either showed up or it was obvious that I received my items.

This time - not so. I am confident of the following. I am100% sure that I have no new certs in the following categories:

  • Power weapon - Vehicle - Power up (and definitely received no new power-up single use as I had 0 before opening the pack - still have 0) - All loadouts - No new Warzone boostThe reason for my confidence is that I actively play Warzone (over 1000 games) so I know what I’ve got (SR 142).

As such, I’m not a big arena player - and customisation isn’y really that big a deal to me - so I’m not sure about these areas.

But there seems to be enough evidence here for me to have doubt about having received the REQs.

I presume that, given the usage of real money in the REQ pack system, there is surely a way for 343 to see what REQs you were given and when?

This occurred at approx. 2.55pm, 25th May.

I understand that you may respond and tell me that it’s there, but that’s a bit of a false positive - there’s no evidence of that to me.

Points are indeed missing, but that’s not evidence I received the pack. Thanks.

There is a glitch that sometimes occurs when opening a pack. If the points were subtracted, your items were placed in inventory. You can check your inventory here on WP.

The Gold Pack opened at around this time contained the following:

  • Spinal Tap Assassination
  • USNC Magnum Skin
  • Open Hand Bolt Shot
  • Arena RP Boost (Legendary)
  • Mission: Victory Boost (Uncommon)
  • Splinter Turret
  • Grinder
  • Mantis
  • Random Vehicle (Uncommon)
  • SPNKr EM
  • Rocket Pod Turret
  • Sniper Rifle
  • Blissful Slumber

I have had this so much since the MoR update. Not just with Silver packs I buy, but commendation packs and rank packs too.
I’ve had no idea what reqs I’ve gotten so many times or even if I got any at all because the game just crashes and when I restart the packs gone.
