REQ collection showing inaccurate count/percentage

When I look at the my REQ collection for “Power Weapons and Vehicles”, the count of what I’ve collected is incorrect. For example, in “Power Ups”, I have collected 11 out of 12…but the number at the top says I’ve only collected 5 out of 12, for 42% completion. It’s the same error for the “Power Weapon” and “Vehicle” categories.

Anyone else know why this is? It’s totally random and insignificant, but it’s been bugging me forever!

I think the 5/12 is referring to the certifications you have unlocked. The 11/12 is probably referring to the amount of REQs you have actually received.
