Hey guys, just wondering if anyone here can help me out. I bought a couple of REQ codes off eBay a few weeks ago and activated them, but because the “Purchases and Content Usage” service was down at that point, it still activated the codes, but they still haven’t appeared in the “My Requisitions” section in game. The only things I’m actually receiving are the daily login packs and Warzone victory packs. Anyone able to tell me what’s up? I’ve already tried going into the manage game area and tried uninstalling some packs that were in the area to see if that would help, but to no avail. 
I think codes that give you the Resolute visor, the Dauntless visor, and the FOTUS armor are no longer supported, though I might be very wrong.
Noticed that some other folk are having issues like this, passed a note on and 343 are going to have a look into it. I would maybe double check with XBL / MS support that you did in fact redeem the code and that the licence is attached to your account, especially if there was a service alert out at that time
