So everyone is wondering what kind of REQ packs we’ll be getting with the Limited and Collectors Edition of Halo 5. You will get 14, 14! That is big because this will provide you with more and better weapon variety (if you get any) as I found from playing COD AW Limited Edition. You got 5 supply drops which consisted of various items and I got a really good gun that helped me dominate the battle. The REQ packs are PREMIUM which means that you’ll be getting some pretty juicy gear to start Halo 5 with. There are 6 variants of REQ cards in H5, they are listed in order of rarity: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Ultra Rare, Legendary and Mythic. My guess is that the REQ cards in the Limited and Collectors Editions will fall in between the Rare and Mythic categories. What the cards will be in these editions will or may be Armour, Visors, Weapons, Power Weapons, Stances, Assassination Animations and much more. So this is what the 14 Premium REQ packs in the Limited and Collectors Editions are and what they may contain. And they will be released 2 per week for 7 weeks post launch -Reddreck
Also, I read that they will be released 2/week for 7 weeks post launch. Might want to add that into your paragraph.

So you can only get them for 7 weeks after they’re launched for 2 weeks?

I’m not sure how to respond to that, so I’ll just provide you with my** source of information.**
Edit: What I posted earlier is in relation to the premium REQ pack that comes with the LE and LCE. That may be where my communication breakdown occured.
You got the general concept, but Ready Up Live got information from 343 Industries. In the LE and LCE, you do get the premium REQ packs, which you have the basic idea, although there are ranges of what you will get. Receiving a REQ that is Legendary doesn’t mean you fall in the range from Rare to Legendary. You receive any classification in these packs, from common to Mythic. What the classification does is that it will guarantee one card of that classification.
For example, if you get a Legendary pack, you could get a BR, Storm Rifle, and a new armor set, etc. and let’s say the items only range from common to rare. Although it wasn’t the best pack, you will get one Legendary in that pack. Let’s say Kelly’s shotgun.
You could get another pack, where you get four legendary weapons and the rest are uncommon. It’s all random.
I hoped this helped!

Two per week? Doesn’t that basically say that the LE/LCE card packs will contain some extremely OP weapons?

They’re just normal randomised packs with higher chances of gaining rare stuff. That’s not OP at all.
