Hey I brought the req bundle and have not received my 2nd weeks worth of rewards

I should get 2 packs each week and have only received my first weeks

Please fix this

I paid for content and have no received it

You get your REQ packs one week after you issued the download. Has it been one full week since you purchased your bundle (down to the minute, perhaps)?

It has been 8 days since I first got the packs

Still not fixed!

I received my 1st 2 req packs on Tuesday 27th October

9 days later and I have not received my 2nd 2 req packs for week 2.

Have you clicked thru (or even show) the green WZ card pack in the purchase menu next to the gold, silver bronze packs?

Can some one help as xbox live told me to do this as when i got req packs items went missing and they told me to give you this number ticket number: 1312044039 so can some one contact me asap thanks.

You get 2 packs every week for 7 weeks. you don’t get all 14 at once.

That’s not the problem. The problem is we aren’t getting our two packs.

Did you even bother reading the rest of the post before commenting?

It’s been 3 WEEKS that’s right 3 not 1 and I have only got 1 weeks worth of req packs. Is it really that hard to understand that 2 weeks worth of packs ARE MISSING.

343 do you not give a f@#k about your player base???

I haven’t played Halo 5 for a couple of weeks but I only got 2 out of the 4 Premium REQ packs I expected once I came back to it.
