Req Bundle only gave 2 packs

I pre-ordered the limited edition and got the REQ bundle included but when I applied that to my account it only gave me 2 req packs. I was expecting the 14 I was promised. Anyone else have this problem?

If you read the description on the store you will get 2 per week until you have received all 14

Did you open the requisition packs?

So you don’t just get all 14 at once? You have to wait the full 6 weeks then you don’t get any more.
